Hello! We’re Catalina and Daniel Hollar, the proud new owners of Heavely Olive Oils and Vinegars at Zona Rosa in North Kansas City and Summit Fair in Lee’s Summit. We’re thrilled to continue the tradition of friendly service, top-quality olive oils and vinegars, and a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. And we’re excited to bring in some fresh flavors like the Chimichurri Fused Olive Oil, already a customer favorite!

We genuinely love these products and believe in the health benefits of high-polyphenol olive oils. But just as important, we love the taste and how easy they are to use every day. Catalina discovered Heavenly Olive Oils and Vinegars shortly after the stores opened 15 years ago and quickly became a regular. She’s an avid home cook who uses these oils and vinegars in almost everything, and has a real knack for pairing great flavors in simple, delicious ways.

Five years ago, Catalina joined the Heavenly team, and when previous owners began thinking about retirement, the transition felt natural. Daniel, a retired Coast Guard pilot who grew up locally, was already a fan of the stores, and after tasting Catalina’s cooking at home, he was officially hooked. Together, we’re excited to share products we love and use every day.

We live an active and healthy lifestyle, and these oils and vinegars are a natural fit. Plus, they make eating well taste amazing—where else does healthy taste this good? Our morning ounce of high-polyphenol extra virgin olive oil has become a ritual we look forward to daily.
