3 cups old fashioned rolled oats
1 1/2 cups raw pistachios, hulled
1 cup coconut chips
1/4 cup Heavenly Maple balsamic
1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
1 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp cardamom
1/2 cup dried cherries
Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl and stir.
Spread mixture evenly on rimmed baking sheet.
Bake for 45 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes, until brown and toasted.
Serve over greek yogurt with berries for a parfait.
Top with Heavenly Cinnamon Pear balsamic for extra flavor.
