2-3 Tbsp Heavenly Peach balsamic
4 cups water
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup juice from lemons (appx 10)
1 cup vodka

Combine lemon juice, sugar and water in a pitcher and mix.
Add balsamic and stir.
(If desired, add vodka and stir.)
Serve over ice.
(Makes a batch.)
