Salad:
½ lb grilled shrimp
6 cups coarse chopped lettuce (romaine, bibb, iceberg, or your choice)
2 cups green beans
3 whole hard boiled eggs
2/3 cup thinly sliced red onions
6-8 oz artichoke hearts (whole, not quartered)
1 cup Kalamata olives
2 cups baby potatoes
3 Roma tomatoes
Fresh basil and oregano to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
Dressing:
2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
¼ cup Heavenly Neapolitan Herb balsamic
¼ cup Heavenly Basil olive oil
Combine all and toss.
