Simmer a piece of chicken or beef with bone-in for 2-3 hours.
Use 3-4 quarts water, over low-medium heat.
Flavor with some or all of these spices and seasonings:
garlic, bay leaf, basil, oregano, salt, pepper.
Add 2 Tbsp of Heavenly Wild Mushroom & Sage olive oil.
(or Heavenly Milanese Gremolata, or a mild, medium or robust extra virgin olive oil).
Add 2 Tbsp of Heavenly Traditional balsamic.
(or another Heavenly dark balsamic such as Neapolitan Herb or Pomegranate).

Drink as a meal replacement several times per week.
8 ounces of broth provides one serving of protein.
