3-4 cups baby spinach leaves
2 navel oranges, knife peeled and sliced
½ red onion thinly sliced
Course ground black pepper to taste
½ cup Heavenly “Arbequina”, “Picual” or another mild or medium extra virgin olive oil
¼ cup Heavenly Cara Cara Orange Vanilla Balsamic
¼ cup Heavenly Honey Ginger Balsamic
1 Tbsp honey
Mix honey, olive oil and balsamic vinegars together.
Drizzle over spinach and toss to combine.
Add sliced oranges and red onions to top of salad, pepper to taste.
Serve immediately.
