2 pkgs hot dog buns (yep!)
6 Tbsp Heavenly Butter olive oil
2 Tbsp Heavenly Red Apple balsamic
1/3 cup minced yellow onion
2 eggs
4-5 Tbsp sugar
1 ½ cups golden raisins
2 cups milk
Saute onion in half of the olive oil on low heat until onions are translucent and fully soft.
Try not to brown them at all.
Combine cooked onions and all other ingredients.
Stir to mix.
Bake in casserole dish 15-20 minutes uncovered at 350 degrees.
Then cover and cook an additional 20 minutes.
Stuffing should be lightly firm when done.
