4 Tbsp Heavenly “Koroneiki” or another extra virgin olive oil
2 Tbsp Neapolitan Herb balsamic
1 Tbsp mayonnaise or greek yogurt
1 tsp dijon mustard
Dash of salt
Whisk together the mayo or greek yogurt, mustard and olive oil until creamy.
Add balsamic a teaspoon at a time until you reach desired consistency.
Add a dash of salt.
Refrigerate 15 minutes.
