1/3 cup Heavenly Pomegranate Quince balsamic
1/4 cup Heavenly Rosemary olive oil
1 Tbspdijon mustard
2 tsp sea salt
Prepare the grill or broiler.
In a medium bowl whisk the mustard, salt and balsamic.
Add Rosemary olive oil slowly while whisking.
Marinade should become thick and emulsified.
Place steaks and marinade in bag and refrigerate for a few hours if possible.
(Turn over once during that time if possible.)
Grill or broil steaks and allow to rest for ten minutes before serving.
