1 small sweet onion
1 cup ketchup
1/4 cup Heavenly Dark Chocolate balsamic
1 Tbsp Neapolitan Herb balsamic
3 Tbsp dijon mustard
1 Tbsp hot sauce if desired
1/4 cup Heavenly Chipotle olive oil
1 small clove garlic (or garlic powder)
2 tsp chili powder

Place onion in food processor until pureed.
Strain mixture through a mesh strainer into measuring cup.
Press solid with a spatula to get about 1/4 cup liquid, discard solids.
In medium bowl whisk together onion juice, ketchup, balsamics, mustard and hot sauce.
Heat Chipotle olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat until simmering.
Add garlic and chili powder.
Cook one minute.
Whisk in ketchup mixture and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to medium/low and simmer gently uncovered until thickened.
Remove and let cool.
Store in fridge up to one week.
