1 pound haricot verts (thin french green beans)
1 shallot, minced
1 and ½ Tbsp Heavenly Garlic olive oil
1 and ½ Tbsp Heavenly Butter olive oil
2 Tbsp water
Mince shallot.
Saute in ½ Tbsp Garlic olive oil and ½ Tbsp Butter olive oil until slightly tender.
Add beans (haricot verts) and remaining olive oil and saute 3 minutes.
Add water and cover tightly for 1 minute.
