1 head red cabbage, cored and shredded
6-8 Tbsp Heavenly Butter olive oil
6 Tbsp Heavenly Traditional balsamic
¼ – 1/3 cup light brown sugar
Goat cheese – to taste
Put cabbage in large braising pan, drizzle with olive oil and vinegar.
Cook over medium heat until cabbage is left with just a little crunch (15-25 minutes).
Stir every few minutes with tongs or large spoon.
Serve with 1-2 Tbsp crumbled goat cheese per serving.
