2 boxes Jiffy corn bread mix
Milk and eggs per box instructions
3 Tbsp (approx.) Heavenly Baklouti Green Chili olive oil
4-6 oz cheddar cheese cut into small cubes
Heavenly Butter olive oil to taste

Drizzle Jalapeño olive oil into bottom of shallow cake pan or small iron skillet.
Prepare corn bread mix and pour into prepared pan.
Sprinkle cheese cubes into mix, press in slightly.
Cook corn bread per package instructions.
Allow to cool 15 minutes before serving.
Drizzle with Butter olive oil. Slice and serve.
