1-2 pounds fresh green beans
6 slices apple smoked bacon, crispy
Kosher salt
2 Tbsp Heavenly Cilantro and Roasted Onion olive oil
2 Tbsp Heavenly Sicilian Lemon balsamic
Wash, trim and cut green beans.
Cook bacon and set aside.
Add beans to boiling water.
Cover tightly.
Boil 5 minutes. (adjust time as needed)
Strain and put in bowl.
Drizzle with oil and balsamic.
Top beans with crumbled bacon.
