2 cups elbow macaroni
1/2 tsp minced garlic
1/4 cup minced onion
3/4 cup milk
3 Tbsp flour
3 Tbsp Heavenly Black Truffle olive oil
3 Tbsp Heavenly Butter olive oil
6 oz sharp cheddar cheese, grated.
Cook noodles and drain.
Stir in 2 Tbsp Truffle oil and set aside.
Cook onion, garlic and Butter oil 3-4 minutes over low heat.
Add flour and increase heat to medium, stirring with whisk.
Slowly add milk while whisking.
When thickened, remove from heat and stir in cheddar.
Stir mixture into macaroni.
Pour into greased baking dish.
Drizzle 1 Tbsp Truffle oil on top.
Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
