1 and ½ cups Basmati rice
3 cups water
4 Tbsp Heavenly Butter olive oil
Pinch of salt
Put rice, water, salt, and 1 Tbsp Butter olive oil in sauce pan.
Bring to a boil and then reduce to a bare simmer, and cover.
Cook 10-12 minutes, then stir and check for doneness.
When most water is absorbed, turn off heat.
Leave rice covered to finish cooking (4-5 min).
Fluff with a fork, and drizzle remaining Butter olive oil.
