8 ounces good quality whole milk ricotta
1 large rip peach sliced in 1/4” slices (8 slices)
1/4 cup fresh torn basil leaves
2 Tbsp Heavenly Peach balsamic
2 Tbsp Heavenly Milanese Gremolata olive oil
(or a Heavenly mild extra virgin olive oil)
Salt and pepper to taste
Arrange sliced peaches on a platter.
Sandwich one Tbsp of ricotta between the slices.
Whisk the olive oil with the balsamic and drizzle on top.
Season with salt and pepper.
Top with fresh basil.
