8 cups sliced peaches
2/3 cup light brown sugar
1 cup Heavenly Peach balsamic
1 cup Heavenly Traditional balsamic
1 sheet puff pastry dough, cut in 2” by 2” pieces, any shape
Vanilla ice cream
Cut puff pastry.
Bake at 375 degrees until lightly golden brown throughout.
Set aside.
Reduce traditional balsamic and ¾ cup Peach balsamic.
(To reduce: place in small pot, bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer 10-15 minutes.)
Set aside.
Place peaches, brown sugar and remaining Peach balsamic in skillet.
Braise 10-15 minutes.
Spoon peaches over pastry.
Top with ice cream and drizzle the balsamic reduction.
