Compote:
3 cups blueberries
1/3 cup turbinado sugar (or regular white sugar)
Juice from 1 lemon
1 Tbsp lemon zest
1/3 cup Heavenly Blueberry balsamic
Whipped cream
Pound cake
Buy the pound cake or make it yourself.
Combine all compote ingredients in a saucepan and bring to just a boil.
Reduce heat and cook for 10 minutes or until blueberries just begin to break down.
Serve warm compote spooned over pound cake and top with whipped cream.
