Cake with Lemon oil

1 15 oz box yellow cake mix
Large eggs and water per cake mix package
Heavenly Lemon olive oil – per cake mix package
Heavenly Sicilian Lemon balsamic
Zest of 2 lemons

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Spray and lightly flour a Bundt or angel food cake pan.
Mix according to cake mix directions.
Stir in lemon zest.
Pour into prepared pan.
Bake according to time on package.
Cool 20 minutes, invert on to plate or stand.
Reduce 1/2 cup of the balsamic.
(To reduce: place in small pot, bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer 10-15 minutes.)
Drizzle over top of cooled cake.
Serve with berries.
