1/2 cup tamari soy sauce
1/4 cup Heavenly Honey Ginger balsamic
1 Tbsp ginger
1/4 cup water
1 Tbsp Heavenly A-Premium white balsamic
1 1/2 Tbsp red chili paste
3 Tbsp Heavenly Sesame oil
1/2 tsp black pepper
3 cloves of garlic, chopped
Combine above ingredients in saucepan. Bring to just boiling.
1 Tbsp cold water
1 Tbsp corn starch
Once it starts to bubble, mix together 1 Tbsp cold water & 1 Tbsp corn starch.
Add that mixture to the pot to thicken the sauce.
Cook on low for 2 min., then turn off.
Allow sauce to cool before using to marinate steak
(This is also a good sauce for chicken, shrimp and salmon.)
