Sautéed Mushrooms with Fig balsamic and Wild Mushroom olive oil – Chef Mike Silber

Side Dishes & Vegetables

 2 lbs mushrooms–Crimini, White, or Baby Bella

1/3-1/2 cup Heavenly Wild Mushroom olive oil

Heavenly Fig balsamic–to taste

 

Slice mushrooms fairly thick or just cut in half.

Sautee slowly in Wild Mushroom olive oil until soft.

Drizzle with Fig Balsamic and enjoy!
