Chicken Soup Wild Mushroom

1/2 cup Heavenly Wild Mushroom and Sage olive oil
1 pound chicken breast
1/2 cup Heavenly Garlic olive oil
1 cup sliced carrots
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped celery
4 cans chicken broth (or your own chicken stock)
1 1/2 cups egg noodles (or wild rice)
Salt and pepper to taste

Marinate chicken in Wild Mushroom and Sage olive oil.
Bake chicken at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
Cover the bottom of a large pot with Garlic olive oil.
Cook carrots, onion and celery until tender.
Pour in chicken broth, cubed or shredded chicken and veggies.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Add noodles and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat, cover and simmer 30 minutes.
