2 lbs cubed beef–any cut will do
1 large yellow onion, dice half, rough chop other half
¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
1 TBSP black pepper
Salt to taste
3 TBSP Heavenly Garlic olive oil
3 TBSP Heavenly Thyme olive oil
1 qt beef stock
½ tsp white pepper
Corn starch and water
Sautee the diced onion in Thyme olive oil until translucent. Raise heat and add Garlic olive oil and cubed beef. Sear all sides. Add beef stock, Worcestershire sauce and remaining spices. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to simmer, covered for 60-90 minutes until beef is tender. Add salt to taste.
