BAKED ZUCCHINI SLICES

2 zucchini, sliced into 1/4 inch rounds
1-2 Tbsp Heavenly Garlic olive oil
2 Tbsp sea salt
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp Heavenly Sicilian Lemon balsamic
3 Tbsp Heavenly Herbes de Provence olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Arrange a layer of zucchini slices into the bottom of a 9 inch pie pan so they slightly overlap one another.
Drizzle with 1 Tbsp of Garlic olive oil.
Season with sea salt and pepper.
Repeat this layering until all the zucchini is used.
Bake for 30 minutes.
While zucchini bakes, stir together bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, Sicilian Lemon balsamic and Herbes de Provence olive oil.
Spread evenly over baked zucchini and return to oven for 10 more minutes.
Serve hot.
