5-6 russet or Yukon potatoes, peeled (optional) and cut into 1” chunks
1 cup buttermilk
½ stick of butter
4 Tbsp Heavenly Herbes de Provence olive oil
2 Tbsp Heavenly Garlic olive oil
1 Tbsp Fat Pat’s Seasoning Spice
Boil potatoes until tender and drain thoroughly.
Add potatoes to bowl with all other ingredients.
Hand mash or use cake mixer to whip to desired fluffiness.
Kitchen Aid mixer with the paddle attachment works also.
