CHOCOLATE CHIP BUTTER BLONDIES – CHEF MIKE SILBER

1 ½ cups packed brown sugar

½ cup Heavenly Butter olive oil

2 eggs, beaten

1 tsp vanilla

1 ½ cups flour

½ tsp baking powder

½ tsp salt

1 ½ cups semisweet chocolate chips

In a large bowl, combine brown sugar, Butter olive oil, eggs and vanilla.
Mix until just blended.
Combine flour, baking powder and salt, then add to the brown sugar mixture.
Stir in chocolate chips.
Spread into a greased 13 x 9 baking pan and bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
Cool and cut into bars. Enjoy!
