Open these cans, dump into colander and rinse with water:
1 can black beans
1 can petite cut diced tomatoes
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can diced jalapeños

Add:
4 Tbsp Heavenly Thyme olive oil
4 Tbsp heavenly Traditional balsamic
1 small purple onion, diced
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
Juice of 1/2 of a lime

Stir well. Refrigerate 4-24 hours
