Spicy Honey Ginger Grilled Chicken Wings – Chef Mike Silber

2 pounds chicken wings
Fat Pat’s All-Purpose seasoning – to taste
1 Tbsp Heavenly Red Cayenne Chili olive oil
2 Tbsp Heavenly Butter olive oil
3 Tbsp Heavenly Honey Ginger balsamic
½ cup Heavenly Traditional balsamic
In saucepan on low heat cook ½ cup Traditional balsamic until reduced by half.
Set aside.
In mixing bowl, toss wings with Fat Pat’s All-Purpose seasoning.
Start with 1 Tbsp, add more if desired.
Drizzle with Butter and Cayenne olive oils and grill until done.
Mix Honey Ginger balsamic and the Traditional balsamic reduction.
Toss with cooked wings and serve.
