Smoked Chicken Wings – Chef Mike Silber

4 Tbsp Heavenly Traditional balsamic
¼ Cup Heavenly Olive Wood Smoked olive oil(or more to taste)
Hickory Smoked Sea Salt
5 lbs wings – drummettes are best but 1st and 2nd sections are fine

Drizzle with Traditional balsamic and rub to coat.
Repeat with Olive Wood Smoked Olive Oil.
Toss chicken to coat.
Place wings in a deep roasting pan and wrap tightly with foil.
Cook 2-3 hours at 275 degrees, for a smoked chicken flavor profile.
OR roast uncovered at 375 degrees for 30-45 minutes for a roasted chicken flavor.
