Roasted Turkey with Tuscan Herb olive oil – Chef Mike Silber

1 whole bone in or boned turkey breast
1/3 cup Heavenly Tuscan Herb Olive Oil
4-5 Tbsp Fat Pat’s Bigfoot Repellant (available at Heavenly Olive Oils & Vinegars)

Thaw turkey completely in refrigerator prior to cooking.
Spray a roasting pan with non-stick cooking spray and place turkey skin side up.
Rub turkey liberally with Tuscan Herb olive oil.
Season with Fat Pat’s Bigfoot Repellant.
Roast in oven at 300-325 degrees for 1 ½ – 2 hours.
Oven times will vary, so use a thermometer to check turkey.
When thickest part of turkey reaches 140 degrees in the middle it is done
Remove from oven and tent with aluminum foil until ready to serve.
