Balsamic Glazed Chicken Thighs Recipe

For 3-4 Servings. Time:20-25 minutes

4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
2 T Heavenly Tuscan Herb Olive Oil
1/4 cup Heavenly Traditional Balsamic Vinegar
1 tsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped
1 T Dijon mustard
2 T honey
(Salt and pepper, to taste)

Season chicken thighs with salt, pepper, and half of the chopped rosemary. In a skillet, heat Tuscan Herb Olive Oil over medium-high heat. Sear chicken thighs. Flip and cook the other side until chicken is cooked through. While chicken is cooking, combine balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, honey, and the remaining rosemary in a small saucepan and mix well. Cook for a few minutes on low. Pour the balsamic glaze over the cooked chicken in the skillet. Allow it to simmer for 2-3 minutes to thicken and coat the chicken beautifully.
